“I’m Ready For A Change…”
“Drugs have taken so much from me...
“Gambling has cost me so much...”
“I'm sick of feeling anxious, and upset all the time...”
Problems with work, family, addiction, sadness, and anxiety doesn't have to be a way of life...
I'm here to help.
With over twenty years of combined experience in the medical, mental health, and addiction recovery fields, I bring my knowledge to help support people throughout Ulster and Dutchess County to help them be the people they really want to be.
Over the last few decades, I have I worked with a great variety of clients and challenges, specializing in working one-on-one with people who have:
Gambling addictions (sports, horse racing, fantasy football and baseball, poker, casino games, etc.)
Substance abuse and addiction
Mental health challenges (including depression, anxiety, PTSD, and many others)
Co-occurring disorders *
ACOA (Adult children of alcoholics) or any other drug
Most sessions are one-on-one "talk therapy." Through this, many different needs can be addressed, and supports can be put in place such as: Processing current problems, emotional support, working on historic issues, short and long term planning, skill building, and any other areas of life that need to be addressed.
*Co-Occurring is when a client has one or more disorders, relating to the use of alcohol and/or other drugs abuse as well as one or more mental health diagnosis.
